At Pali Beach Resort, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for all bookings made through our website, phone, third-party platforms, or authorized agents.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a booking is made, the following cancellation and refund rules apply based on the type of reservation.
No refunds are applicable once a picnic booking is confirmed.
Bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred, or rescheduled.
In case of no-show, the full amount will be forfeited.
If you cancel a room booking:
More than 7 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Within 7 days of check-in: No refund will be issued.
No refunds are provided for early checkout or unused services.
Advance payments for events are non-refundable.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another date unless approved by management.
Any rescheduling request will depend on availability and management approval.
In case of cancellation by the guest, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.
All events and waterpark operations continue during normal weather conditions.
Refunds are not issued due to:
Rain
Cloudy or windy weather
Seasonal variations
However, in case of government restrictions, natural disasters, or conditions that force full closure, management may offer alternative options such as rescheduling.
For bookings made on MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, or any third-party website, their cancellation policies will apply.
The resort cannot modify, cancel, or refund bookings made outside our official channels.
If the guest does not arrive on the booking date:
The full booking amount will be treated as no-show
No refund or rescheduling will be provided
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method
