Welcome to Pali Beach Resort. By accessing, booking, or using our services, amenities, and website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We request all guests to read them carefully before visiting or making a reservation.

1. General Terms
  • All guests must present valid ID proof at check-in.
  • Resort management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone violating policies or creating disturbances.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full/partial payment as specified.
  • Prices, packages, and inclusions may change without prior notice.
  • Guests must follow instructions given by resort staff, lifeguards, and security personnel at all times.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
  • Online bookings should be made only through our official website or trusted partners.
  • Payment must be completed before check-in or entry.
  • Convenience charges, platform fees, or taxes may apply depending on the booking channel.
  • Group bookings require advance payment as per the package selected.
  • Failure to complete the remaining balance (if any) may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling
  • Once booked, tickets and packages are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
  • No refunds are provided for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only if the resort approves and if slots are available.
  • Weather-related interruptions (rain, storms, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
4. Resort Rules & Guest Responsibilities
  • Outside food, alcohol, hookahs, glass items, or weapons are strictly prohibited.
  • Swimwear is mandatory for waterpark use; cotton clothes are not allowed in pools/slides.
  • Children must always be accompanied by parents or guardians.
  • Guests must take care of their personal belongings—management is not responsible for theft or loss.
  • Damaging resort property will lead to fines or legal action.
5. Safety Policy
  • Waterpark rides must be used as per the safety instructions displayed.
  • Guests with medical issues (heart problems, pregnancy, injuries, etc.) should avoid high-thrill rides.
  • Management may temporarily close rides/pools due to maintenance or safety protocols.
  • Misbehavior, harassment, or intoxication will lead to immediate removal without refund.
6. Photography & Media Policy
  • Guests consent to the resort capturing photos/videos for promotional use unless they opt out at check-in.
  • Drone photography requires prior written permission from management.
  • Commercial shoots require a special booking and approval.
7. Liability Limitations

Pali Beach Resort is not responsible for:

  • Natural events beyond our control (rain, tide changes, storms, maintenance issues)
  • Injuries caused due to negligence, unsafe behavior, or ignoring staff instructions
  • Loss of personal goods, mobile phones, wallets, or valuables

Guests use all facilities at their own risk while following the guidelines.

8. Room & Stay Policies
  • Check-in and check-out timings must be followed as per room category.
  • Guests will be charged for any damages or missing items from rooms.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Loud music or disturbance after 10 PM is not permitted.
9. Event & Group Booking Policy
  • Event bookings (weddings, corporate events, school picnics, etc.) require advance payment.
  • Custom décor, catering, or third-party vendors must be pre-approved.
  • Any changes in layout or event timing must be communicated in advance.
10. Website Usage Terms
  • All content on our website is the property of Pali Beach Resort.
  • Copying, modifying, or redistributing website data without permission is prohibited.
  • We may update our terms anytime; continued usage implies acceptance.
